Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a strategic, data-driven SEO & Ads Specialist for a full-time position. This is a direct opportunity to work closely with an individual creative professional across various branding, digital media, and client-focused campaigns. The role offers strong potential for long-term collaboration and the opportunity to lead digital marketing initiatives for international projects, including in Dubai in the near future.


Location: Remote (India-based only)

Type: Full-Time

Start Date: Immediate joiners only

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)


Key Responsibilities:


Plan, create, and manage performance-driven advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram & whatsapp messenger) and Google Ads.

Handle Meta Business Suite, campaign setup, optimization, and budget allocation.

Manage ad boosting strategies for organic posts to maximize reach and engagement.

Conduct thorough SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies across websites.

Optimize website content for ranking, speed, and discoverability using tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, and third-party SEO tools.

Generate monthly reports on ad performance, ROI, SEO rankings, and campaign insights.

Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to align campaigns with brand and client goals.

Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink building, and technical SEO improvements.

Monitor ad account health, test A/B creatives, and ensure continuous performance improvement.


Daily Output Expectation:


Launch and manage 1–2 ad campaigns or major optimizations per day, depending on project flow.

Track and analyze SEO keyword rankings and performance updates daily.

Execute daily monitoring of ads, cost-per-click (CPC), conversion rate, and suggest adjustments.

Share concise reports or dashboard updates with actionable insights.


Required Skills:

Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube).

Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

Deep knowledge of on-page SEO (meta tags, content optimization, internal linking) and off-page SEO (backlinking, guest posts, directory submissions).

Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPM, bounce rate, etc.

Strong understanding of ad creatives, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies.

Familiarity with Pixel setup, event tracking, and Google Tag Manager is a plus.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and deliver under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication, time management, and performance reporting skills.
