SEO/Digital Marketing Executive (Immediate Joiner)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a solid foundation in SEO to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, while also contributing to the company's SEO initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans based on business goals and performance data.
• Create, schedule, and manage content for social media, email marketing, and landing pages to drive engagement and conversions.
• Monitor and optimize paid advertising (PPC) performance to ensure high ROI and cost efficiency.
• Analyze campaign metrics and generate performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and campaign dashboards.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce compelling marketing assets.
• Perform keyword research and implement basic on-page and off-page SEO techniques to support organic visibility.
• Conduct SEO audits and provide recommendations for improving site structure and content optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, advertising platforms, and search engine algorithms.
• Identify growth opportunities and provide smart, data-driven solutions to enhance brand reach and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and SEO.
• Strong grasp of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Strategic thinker with a smart, data-driven approach to marketing.
• Familiar with WordPress/Shopify and basic HTML/CSS.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO.
• Graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools.
• Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads is a plus.
