Designation : SEO(Team Lead)

Job Location : Mohali

Salary : 30,000-35,000

We are looking for an Sr SEO Team Leader to coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research. You will also oversee paid search campaigns to ensure their success.

An analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role.

Responsibilities and Duties :

* Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
* Track, report, and analyze website analytics* Optimize website, keywords and landing pages for search engine optimization* Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization* Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations* Research and analyze competitor advertising links* Develop and implement link building strategy* Manage a team of SEO Specialists to deliver against the defined SEO Strategy.* Communication to clients and management on project development, timelines and results etc.* Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code* Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming* Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.* Client communication and regular reporting to update all the clients.* Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Mandatory skills:

* 1+ years of experience in team leading in search engine optimization (SEO) and social media marketing (SMM)
* Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition* In-depth experience with website analytics tools* Experience with bid management tools* Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms* Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SEM and Social media marketing* knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing gathered data from both organic and paid sources* Ability to foster strong client relationship at various levels.
