Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Specialist with strong expertise in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, and advanced backlink-building strategies. The ideal candidate will drive Trekup India’s online visibility, improve search engine rankings, and generate high-quality organic traffic to our website.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and create content strategies targeting high-value search terms.
• Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, content, internal linking, schema, etc.) for better rankings.
• Execute off-page SEO & backlink-building campaigns by acquiring high-quality, relevant links from authority websites.
• Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues (site speed, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, etc.).
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create SEO-friendly content for treks, blogs, and landing pages.
• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
• Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and backlink-building techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in backlink acquisition and white-hat link-building strategies.
• Solid understanding of Google ranking factors, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console.
• Knowledge of technical SEO and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for adventure travel, trekking, and outdoor industry (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
