Content Writer and Editor

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative Content Writer on a contract/project basis to develop engaging, well-researched, and 100% human-written content. The role involves creating original articles, blogs, guides, and web content tailored to our brand voice, audience needs, and SEO goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, original, and compelling content for blogs, websites, guides, newsletters, and other platforms.
• Ensure all content is human-written without the use of AI tools.
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and depth.
• Optimize content for SEO (keywords, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, etc.).
• Proofread, edit, and fact-check content before submission.
• Meet project deadlines and maintain high quality standards.
• Collaborate with the editorial/marketing team to align content with brand goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Excellent command over written English (grammar, spelling, tone, structure).
• Strong research skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.
• Ability to adapt writing style to different formats and audiences.
• Commitment to delivering 100% plagiarism-free and human-written content.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing in domains such as travel, lifestyle, health, technology, or business.
• Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, etc.).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing trends.

Engagement & Compensation

• Contract/Project basis – flexible depending on project requirements.
• Compensation will be discussed based on scope of work, word count, and expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
