About the Role: We’re looking for a data-driven SEO Specialist who can take ownership of our organic search strategy and execution. If you're someone who loves analyzing search trends, optimizing content, and scaling traffic with a performance-first mindset, we’d love to hear from you. As an SEO Specialist, you will work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to improve rankings, increase visibility, and drive qualified traffic across web properties. Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SERP audits to identify opportunities ● Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, content structure, internal linking, and image alt text ● Create and manage a content calendar in collaboration with writers and designers ● Drive link-building strategies and identify high-authority backlink opportunities ● Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush ● Collaborate with the dev team for technical SEO fixes: site speed, indexation, structured data, etc. ● Stay updated on algorithm changes and implement best practices accordingly ● Conduct regular SEO audits and recommend actionable improvements Requirements: ● 3–5 years of proven SEO experience (in-house or agency) ● Strong understanding of Google algorithm updates, ranking factors, and white-hat practices ● Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc. ● Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, site architecture, and web performance ● Hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Ability to work independently and manage multiple SEO projects in parallel
