Inboxist is a growing Email Marketing and Consulting company helping global clients scale their outreach and lead generation through cold emails, automation, and infrastructure optimization. Alongside our sister brands ZoflowX and EmailerX , we provide tech-enabled solutions that drive performance and deliverability in outbound email marketing. We are on the lookout for a proactive and technically skilled SEO Specialist to own and grow the organic traffic and lead pipeline for our digital properties: Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to grow traffic and leads. Regularly audit and optimize on-page , off-page , and technical SEO elements across all websites. Content & Keyword Optimization Conduct keyword research to support blog content, service pages, and landing pages. Work with internal content teams to ensure content is optimized and aligned with SEO goals. Technical SEO & Site Health Perform regular technical audits using industry tools. Identify and fix crawl errors, indexing issues, site speed problems, mobile usability, and schema integration. Off-Page SEO & Link Building Build and manage a clean backlink profile using ethical link-building strategies. Identify opportunities for guest posts, collaborations, and digital PR. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs via Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Share regular performance reports and actionable insights to leadership. Idea Contribution & Process Optimization Collaborate with the team to suggest creative ideas for increasing brand visibility and leads. Tools You’ll Use SEO Platforms: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, RankMath, Frase AI Tools: ChatGPT, Claude (Anthropic), other AI assistants Google Stack: Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4) Design & Content: Canva, WordPress Others: Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights, and similar tools as required Who You Are You have 1-2 years of SEO experience (agency or in-house). You understand the SEO landscape deeply from content to technical. You are curious, proactive, and eager to experiment with new strategies. You enjoy working collaboratively, learning fast, and taking ownership. You have strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into growth. Qualifications Any undergraduate degree (we care more about skill, learning attitude, and results than your academic background) Passion for digital marketing, SEO, and continuous learning Excellent communication and documentation skills Why Join Us?
