We are committed to delivering best-in-class services to dental practices across the country. We are seeking a talented and results-driven SEO Professional to join our remote team in India to manage, execute, and continually optimize our organic search strategy. Key Responsibilities Keyword Strategy & Research Conduct extensive keyword research aligned with business objectives and customer behavior. Identify long-tail, transactional, and high-converting keyword opportunities. On-Page Optimization Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headers, image alt text, internal linking, and site architecture. Maintain high technical SEO standards across all site pages. Content Strategy & SEO Recommendations Collaborate on content plans and ensure SEO alignment. Provide direction for new content pieces and blog optimization. Technical SEO Audits Conduct regular SEO audits and implement corrective actions. Monitor and fix crawl errors, page speed issues, broken links, and schema markup. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. Create performance dashboards and monthly SEO performance reports. Competitor & Market Analysis Analyze competitor strategies and make informed recommendations. Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaboration with Developers and Designers Communicate SEO needs clearly during web development or redesign. Ensure implementation of best SEO practices in code and UX. Link Building & Authority Building Propose and manage ethical link-building campaigns. Monitor backlink profile and toxic link clean-up. Data & Insights Support data organization and PII-compliant analytics insights. Identify web-based performance gaps and recommend improvements. Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house) Proficiency in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms Solid grasp of HTML, JavaScript, and schema implementation Proven experience running full-cycle SEO strategies (strategy to execution) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal English communication Experience working with U.S. clients is a plus Nice-to-Haves Familiarity with the dental or healthcare industry Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Basic experience with paid media platforms is a bonus Perks Fully remote role – work from anywhere in India Competitive salary Long-term stability with performance-based growth Opportunity to work with a U.S.-based, fast-growing company Collaborative, agile, and supportive team environment Show more Show less
