SEO Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a passion for digital marketing and a deep understanding of search engine optimization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance the online visibility of our website, blog, and YouTube channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Website and Blog SEO:
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-value search terms and new content opportunities.
• Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and page speed.
• Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags (titles, descriptions), header tags, and internal linking structures.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure all new and existing blog posts and website content are optimized for search engines and user intent.
• Develop and execute a robust link-building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
• YouTube Channel SEO:
• Conduct keyword research specifically for YouTube to identify popular and trending video topics.
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags for discoverability and high click-through rates.
• Analyze YouTube Studio analytics to understand audience behavior, watch time, and engagement metrics.
• Develop strategies to increase video views, subscribers, and overall channel growth.
• Optimize video playlists and end screens to improve user experience and encourage deeper content consumption.
• Conduct competitor analysis on YouTube to identify successful strategies and content gaps.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
• Proficiency in keyword research and analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Experience with YouTube SEO and an understanding of the YouTube algorithm is a significant plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,064.27 - ₹31,294.68 per month
