SEO Specialist

Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive to plan, implement, and manage our SEO strategy across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and the ability to optimize content for both on-page and off-page SEO. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve keyword rankings Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for target keywords Manage on-page SEO activities including meta tags, headers, schema markup, and internal linking Plan and implement off-page SEO campaigns including link-building strategies Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content Stay updated with search engine trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices Prepare and present regular SEO performance reports to management Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field 1–3 years of proven experience in SEO Strong understanding of Google Search algorithms and ranking factors Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.) Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic WordPress/website management is an advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills: Experience with YouTube SEO and video optimization Understanding of technical SEO and site architecture Knowledge of content marketing principles What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance incentives Opportunity to work with a growing EdTech brand in the AEC industry Collaborative and learning-focused work environment Career growth and skill development opportunities How to Apply: Send your resume, portfolio (if any), and relevant work samples to hr@augmintech.com with the subject line "Application – SEO Executive".
