SEO Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, client-handling, and organizational skills, with proven experience managing international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined timelines and budgets.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, etc.).
• Conduct regular meetings with international clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and maintain strong relationships.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and quality benchmarks.
• Communicate project status, updates, and reports to senior management and clients.
• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction at all project stages.
• Motivate, mentor, and guide team members to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of proven project management experience in IT/digital/marketing domains.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
• Experience handling international clients and conducting virtual meetings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
