As we scale, we’re looking for an SEO Manager who can elevate our digital presence and drive organic growth across diverse audience segments.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization efforts. This role is critical in shaping how Imagility is discovered online, improving visibility across Google SERP, and guiding B2B buyers through their journey using SEO as a growth lever. The ideal candidate will also pioneer optimization for AI-driven search experiences, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI Overviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy tailored to multiple audience segments including legal professionals, HR teams, and immigration beneficiaries.
- Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to ensure content ranks for featured snippets, voice search, and direct answers in AI-powered search engines.
- Drive Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives to position Imagility effectively within generative AI responses and conversational search outputs.
- Optimize for AI Overviews and emerging SERP features, ensuring Imagility content is prioritized in AI summaries and knowledge panels.
- Identify high-impact keywords, monitor competitive trends, and align content strategy with search intent and buyer journey stages.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and user experience to improve rankings and engagement.
- Build high-quality backlinks, manage outreach efforts, and leverage partnerships with high authority sites to boost domain authority.
- Conduct regular site audits, improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, and resolve indexing issues.
- Integrate AI tools and techniques to enhance keyword clustering, content optimization, and predictive SEO insights.
- Drive Imagility’s visibility on Google through rich snippets, featured snippets, knowledge cards, schema markup, and strategic content placement.
- Use SEO to amplify brand presence, thought leadership, and trust across organic channels.
- Align SEO efforts with lead generation programs and SEA (Search Engine Advertising) to implement a holistic SEM strategy.
- Deliver actionable SEO, AEO, and GEO performance reports, insights, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with content creators, web developers, marketing, and leadership to ensure SEO, AEO, and GEO are embedded across various initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of proven experience in SEO strategy and execution.
- Excellent understanding of Google search engine algorithm, ranking factors, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
- Experience with AI-driven SEO tools, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and present insights to leadership.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with B2B marketing and buyer journey mapping.
- Experience in product, SaaS, or legal tech industries.
- Knowledge of HTML and CMS platforms (WordPress).
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous optimization.
