Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Support the recruitment, training, and development of team members. Skills: Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a track record of improving organic search rankings and driving organic traffic. In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and off-page optimization techniques. Proficiency in SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar platforms. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and industry changes. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
