Responsibilites: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. Create and curate engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and reviews, and promptly respond to customer inquiries and feedback in professional and timely manner. Proactively identify and engage with influencers, industry leaders, and potential brand advocates to foster positive relationships and increase brand visibility. Monitor online platforms and review sites to track and manage the company's online reputation, addressing any negative feedback or reviews through appropriate channels. Stay current with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging social media and online reputation management technologies, and recommend innovative strategies to optimize our online presence. Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Social Media Expert or similar role, focusing on online reputation management. In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid reach. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and concise content tailored to different social media platforms. Experience in managing online reputation, including addressing negative feedback and reviews professionally and empathetically. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and engage with diverse audiences. Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving trends and industry changes. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
