About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Manager who can independently plan and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy end-to-end. This role requires expertise across on-page, technical, off-page, AI-driven SEO, LLM optimization, and entity-based SEO.
Key Responsibilities : -
SEO Strategy & Planning
- Develop the overall SEO roadmap for long-term organic growth and compounding results.
- Build strategies aligned with B2B search intent, product positioning, and business goals.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, entity mapping, topic clustering, semantic SEO, and content gap analysis.
- Build frameworks for EEAT, authority growth, and entity-based content optimization.
On-Page Optimization
- Optimize pages for search intent, content depth, EEAT signals, and semantic relevance.
- Implement internal linking strategies, topic clusters, and hub-and-spoke models.
- Create SEO briefs using LLMs and AI-driven workflows for scalability.
- Optimize metadata, headings, content structure, schema, and SERP features.
Technical SEO
- Lead site-wide audits including crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, site speed, accessibility, and mobile optimization.
- Fix structural issues related to sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects, canonicalization, pagination, and JavaScript rendering.
- Work closely with developers to implement all technical improvements.
- Implement and maintain schema markup (JSON-LD) for AEO, rich results, and enhanced SERP visibility.
- Experience with log file analysis, server-side rendering, and programmatic SEO frameworks is preferred.
Off-Page SEO & Authority Building
- Build a high-quality backlink strategy through ethical and impactful link-building.
- Manage guest posting, HARO/featured placements, blogger outreach, and brand mentions.
- Create a scalable framework for content distribution, partnerships, and authority signals.
AI SEO, LLM Optimization, AEO & GEO
- Expertise in AI-assisted SEO, including content generation frameworks, optimization workflows, and quality checks.
- Optimize content for LLMs to ensure better visibility on AI search surfaces (Google SGE, Bing Copilot, Perplexity, ChatGPT Search).
- Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) for voice search, featured snippets, and SGE-type results.
- Leverage GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) frameworks for AI search ranking.
- Work with structured data, entities, and vector-based search strategies to improve relevance across AI-driven interfaces.
Analytics, Reporting & Tools
- Regularly analyze performance via GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, HubSpot/CRM.
- Conduct competitive analysis and track emerging algorithm changes.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with content, development, product, design, and growth teams to align SEO with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with writers and editors to ensure all content is SEO-ready and optimized for AI visibility.
Desired Skills & Experience
4-6 years of experience in SEO for B2B SaaS, service industry, or tech-first environments.
- Proven success in driving organic traffic, keyword growth, and pipeline contribution.
- Expertise in: On-page SEO Technical SEO Off-page & digital PR AI SEO & LLM optimization Schema markup
- Strong knowledge of GA4, GSC, Tag Manager, and leading SEO tools.
- Ability to work independently and scale processes without supervision.
- Bonus: Experience in Logistics / Last-Mile Delivery / SaaS.
