Responsibilities

• Team Handling
• Planning and strategy
• Executing SEO activities (Technical, on-page, off-page & Content) as per the defined SEO plan
• Comprehensive keyword research
• Content planning and strategy and work with content teams to drive SEO content creation smoothly
• Increase Organic/non-paid (Search + Direct + Referral) traffic
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
• Configure and maintain tools like Google analytics4, Google Search Console, GTM, GMB, SEMRush, looker studio etc.
• The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, XML, site speed optimization, image optimization and related skills
• Off-page strategy creation and implementation according to targeted keywords.
• Daily, weekly & monthly reporting for the assigned key strategic SEO accounts
• Conducting regular competition analysis (Backlinks, website structure, content etc.) and recommending plan of action
• Working on Hyperlocal SEO for bulk and individual listing creation and optimization to increasing the keywords visibility on local search result pack on Google search & map.
• Custom reporting, events, segments and funnel creation in GA4
• Strategy creation to work on the website from AI and LLM point of view
• Working on App store optimization for Google play store and App store.

Qualifications

Any graduation (technical degree preferred)

6-8 Years of relevant experience

Proven excellence in Search Engine Optimization, particularly Google & Bing

Hand on experience on SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahref, keywords planner etc.)

Strong understanding of Reporting tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, GTM, Looker studio & Google Algorithms.

Strong understanding and hand on experience on Hyperlocal SEO (GMB)

Strong understanding and hand on experience on E-commerce SEO (Shopify, Magento etc.)

Sound knowledge / hand on experience on ASO (app store optimization)
