SEO Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven SEO Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies to increase our clients’ and in-house projects’ organic search visibility and traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives.
• Execute on-page optimization: Title tags, Meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, content optimization, schema markup, etc.
• Handle technical SEO: Website audits, crawl analysis, page speed optimization, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, etc.
• Manage off-page activities including link building, directory submissions, content outreach, and guest posting.
• Analyze competitors’ websites and strategies to identify opportunities.
• Work with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are followed in content creation.
• Monitor and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry updates.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Proven experience in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and WordPress (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certification in Digital Marketing or SEO (Google, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience working in an agency is an advantage.
