Admission Counsellor

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and friendly Admission Counsellor to join our team at Ventureheap Academy. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective students and will guide them through our admission process for digital marketing courses (offline & online). If you enjoy communicating with people and helping them choose the right career path, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in, telephonic, WhatsApp, and online inquiries from students and parents.
• Provide accurate information about our courses, curriculum, batches, fee structure, and career prospects.
• Counsel students on course selection based on their goals and background.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication via calls, SMS, and emails.
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel and track the admission pipeline.
• Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual counselling sessions and demo classes.
• Work closely with the training and admin teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, campus visits, and events to attract students.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident, energetic, and persuasive personality.
• Good at handling student queries with patience and professionalism.
• Basic computer skills: MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Technology, Marketing, Psychology preferred).
• Prior experience in counselling, customer service, or educational sales is a plus.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a learning attitude are welcome.
