Job Title: Admission Counsellor
Location: English plus YMCA Cross Rd, opposite Hotel Marina Residency, Kozhikode, Kerala 673001
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide and assist prospective students through the admission process. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive information about our programs, helping with application procedures, and ensuring a seamless admission experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective students via phone,addressing their queries regarding admissions.
Counsel students on academic programs, eligibility, and course selections.
Guide students through the admission process, from application to enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow up consistently.
Requirements:
counselling experience is a plus (degree / diploma)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently during both shift timings.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Shift Details:
Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
(You must be able to work during both shifts.)

Base pay : 10000- to 15000
