Role & responsibilities : Counsel prospective students and parents about various online and blended degree programs. Understand student requirements and guide them to choose the right course based on career goals. Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries for admissions. Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio from inquiry to admission. Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to ensure smooth admission operations. Maintain updated records in CRM and achieve monthly enrolment targets. Stay updated with course features, university tie-ups, and admission policies. Preferred candidate profile Graduate or Postgraduate (any stream) with good communication and counselling skills. 1-3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, inside sales, or edtech preferred. Comfortable working with targets and student engagement activities. Good command over English and Hindi (spoken and written). Strong convincing skills, positive attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Freshers with excellent communication skills and passion for education can also apply.
