Role Description

Full-Stack SEO Executive

WordPress websites

data and experimentation

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize

  WordPress

  websites (themes, plugins, performance, security)
• Conduct comprehensive

  keyword research

  , competitor analysis, and content audits
• Develop and execute

  on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

  strategies
• Improve

  Domain Authority (DA)

  through ethical backlink and content partnerships
• Implement

  Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

  strategies — crafting structured content for AI search visibility
• Set up

  tracking and analytics

  (Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and developers for content planning and publishing
• Experiment with

  AI tools

  (ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, etc.) to scale SEO and GEO workflows
• Monitor performance metrics, rankings, and traffic to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or website management
• Hands-on experience with

  WordPress

  (setup, customization, and optimization)
• Strong understanding of

  on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

• Familiarity with tools like

  Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog

• Knowledge of

  link-building strategies

  , schema markup, and site audits
• Basic understanding of

  HTML/CSS/JavaScript

  (a plus if you can debug or tweak code)
• Passion for experimenting with

  AI tools

  GEO optimization techniques

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
