SEO Executive

Key Responsibilities

• On-Page Optimization:

  Optimize website copy, landing pages, and metadata (titles, descriptions, H1 tags) for BFSISSC’s various certification programs and training portals.

• Keyword Research:

  Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization, focusing on BFSI-specific terms like "skill development," "banking certifications," and "insurance training."

• Content Strategy:

  Work closely with the content team to ensure all articles, newsletters, and course descriptions are SEO-friendly and rank for high-intent search terms.

• Technical SEO:

  Conduct regular site audits to identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, and site speed issues using tools like Google Search Console.

• Link Building:

  Execute white-hat backlink strategies by reaching out to industry partners, educational blogs, and government portals to improve domain authority.

• Analytics & Reporting:

  Track, report, and analyze website analytics using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure the ROI of SEO campaigns.

• Competitor Analysis:

  Research and analyze competitor advertising links and SEO strategies within the skill development and financial education space.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:

  Graduate in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.

• Experience:

  1–2 years of proven SEO experience. Candidates with strong theoretical knowledge and certifications (Google/HubSpot) but less experience are also encouraged to apply.

• Tools:

  Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz).

• Technical Knowledge:

  Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS (WordPress/Custom).

• Domain Awareness:

  Understanding of the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) landscape in India is a significant plus.

• Analytical Mindset:

  Strong ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable SEO improvements.
