Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Workday Integration Consultant tolead the design, development, and support of complex Workday integrations. You will play acritical role in ensuring seamless data flows between Workday and internal/external systems,supporting core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday

integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Web Services.

Gather integration requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical

specifications.

Maintain and support existing integrations, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely

manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HRIS, IT, Payroll, and external vendors.
Develop documentation for integration design, support, and operations.
Ensure integrations follow security, compliance, and data privacy policies.
Support Workday releases by assessing and testing the impact on existing integrations.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior integration team members.
Stay up-to-date with Workday functionality, best practices, and community updates.
