Experience

6–8 Years in Frontend / UI Engineering / UX Developmer

Role Objective

To lead the design-to-development lifecycle of modern web interfaces, ensuring superior user experience, performance, accessibility, and scalability across products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX & Design Ownership

Translate business requirements into intuitive UI/UX flows

Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems

Maintain visual consistency and brand alignment

Ensure mobile-first & responsive design

Conduct usability testing & UX improvements

Frontend Development

Develop production-grade UI using:

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

React / Next.js / Vue

Integrate REST APIs & dynamic data binding

Build pixel-perfect UI from Figma designs

Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

Performance & Optimization

Optimize:

Page speed & Core Web Vitals

Image & asset delivery

Lazy loading & code splitting

Conduct Lighthouse & UX performance audio

Accessibility & Standards

Ensure compliance with:

WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards

SEO-friendly UI structures

Implement keyboard navigation and screen-reader support

Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with:

Product Managers

Backend Developers

Designers & QA

Guide junior developers

Participate in sprint planning & code reviews

Moderate AI Exposure (NOT Heavy ML)
