Key Responsibilities:Web Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, SEO-friendly websites and landing pages
• Manage both front-end and back-end web development (WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Ensure fast loading speed, mobile responsiveness, and security optimization
• Implement tracking codes, schema markup, and analytics integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve website performance or functionality issues
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to create high-conversion websites

SEO Strategy & Execution:

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for client websites
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings and visibility
• Audit websites for technical SEO issues and fix crawl/indexing errors
• Optimize meta tags, content structure, and URLs for maximum performance
• Monitor and report SEO KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush
• Stay updated with algorithm changes and industry best practices

Who Can Apply:

• 2–5 years of combined experience in web development and SEO
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and WordPress
• Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Experience in optimizing website performance, speed, and user experience
• Understanding of website architecture, sitemap structure, and SEO-friendly design
• Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities efficiently
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Monday to Saturday (Day Shift)
• On-site role – full-time presence at our Madurai office
