Skills we are looking for

• Proven

  existing client book is mandatory (Book value- 15Cr.+)

  with demonstrated success in wealth product sales, especially MF and OCD.
• Experience in direct insurance sales or banking preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mutual funds, OCD, insurance products, and relevant regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to strategize market penetration and business development plans in competitive territories with

  capacity to build a book of 50-100 Cr.

• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial distribution.
• Bachelor's degree required; professional certifications are added advantages.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients with emphasis on Mutual Funds and OCD products.
• Implement effective acquisition and retention strategies to expand client base.
• Build and maintain strong, personalized client relationships to understand financial goals and offer tailored solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth for the company.
