Senior Waiter

Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Waiter with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in managing service operations in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate is confident, customer-focused, tech-savvy, and capable of leading a service team to deliver high-quality dining experiences. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth guest service delivery Lead and supervise a team of 10–15 service staff, ensuring proper training, grooming, and performance Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to manage order flow and timely service Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards at all times Prepare and maintain daily reports, service checklists, and operational documentation Monitor inventory for service equipment and communicate needs to management Requirements: Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or CDR (Casual Dining Restaurant) formats Experience in an Italian restaurant is a strong advantage Basic computer proficiency: ability to handle reports, input data, and work with spreadsheets smoothly Must have experience leading and managing a team of 10–15 staff members Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Candidates with a 3-year hospitality degree or diploma may be considered with 4–6 years of relevant experience Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holiday schedules What We Offer: A collaborative and guest-focused work environment Competitive salary with service incentives Growth and promotion opportunities within the organization Staff meals and company benefits Training and development programs
