Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Visualizer to join our marketing team at Irasva Fine Jewellery. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative eye, an understanding of luxury aesthetics, and the ability to visually translate brand concepts into compelling social media digital and print campaigns. This role requires proficiency in design and editing tools, a passion for jewellery and fashion-led content, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities:

Creative Conceptualisation:

●    Collaborate with the Marketing team to visualize and extend creative concepts across digital touchpoints.

●    Translate campaign ideas into engaging visuals for social media grids, stories, website banners, and print campaigns.

●    Support ideation and design execution for product launches, collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.

●    Develop visual moodboards and layouts that align with brand direction and tone.

Design & Visual Execution:

●    Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery ensuring consistency of designs across various media outlets as per brand guidelines.

●    Create high-quality static and motion creatives for digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Website, Ads, etc.) using illustration, photo editing, and layout software.

●    Review designs for errors before they are printed or published

●    Proficient in retouching and adaptations for print and digital

●    Designing brand and product material for print digital, in-store merchandise, and promotional materials.

●    Liaising between other members of the marketing teams to ensure deadlines are met

●    Support campaign shoots with pre-visualization, layout design, and creative references.

●    Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms for marketing campaigns.

Photo & Video Editing:

●    Edit and retouch campaign, lifestyle, and product imagery for use across digital channels.

●    Create short-form videos, reels, GIFs, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.

●    Maintain color consistency and visual harmony across all media assets.

Ensure deliverables meet resolution and format specifications for various platforms.

Qualifications:

●    A degree or certification in Design, Visual Arts, or related fields is preferred.

●    Previous experience working with jewellery or luxury brands is mandatory. Strong portfolio showcasing relevant digital and luxury brand work.

●    A keen eye for visual details

●    6+ years of experience in graphic design (social media agency experience preferred)

Required Skills:

●    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and designing softwares.

●    Working knowledge of Canva and Final Cut Pro (preferred but not mandatory).

●    Strong understanding of design principles, layout, color, and typography.

●    Familiarity with social media content formats, visual storytelling, and trend-driven design.

●    Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends

●    Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.

●    Ability to multitask and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.

●    Excellent communication skills.
