Role: Senior Visual & Motion Designer

If you're someone who can bring static designs to life with movement and elevate every visual brief with creativity — we want you on our team.---Key ResponsibilitiesDesign eye-catching static and motion graphics for social media, digital campaigns, branding collaterals, and webCreate high-quality reels, short videos, and animations that tell stories and drive engagementCollaborate with content, strategy, and marketing teams to ideate and execute creative conceptsMaintain visual consistency and uphold brand guidelines across all touchpointsLead and manage multiple design projects independently and deliver on tight timelinesStay updated on design trends, motion styles, and platform-specific content formats---Qualifications & Skills3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editingProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After EffectsStrong portfolio showcasing both design and motion work (mandatory)Ability to think visually and translate brand narratives into powerful contentSolid understanding of social-first design formats, aspect ratios, and mobile-optimized visualsExcellent attention to detail, time management, and project ownershipA degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferredPrior agency or in-house creative team experience is a plus
