Senior Visual Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a Visual Designer who can craft a distinct visual identity for Mugafi and the Moksh Universe, someone who thinks in style, mood, and world-building, not just individual posts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the visual identity for Mugafi
• Create aesthetic, consistent visuals across social + brand touchpoints
• Design visual systems, style guides, grids, and templates
• Build moodboards, lookbooks, and visual directions
• Collaborate with writers, marketers, and creative leads

What You Need

• Strong sense of aesthetics, color, typography, layouts
• Ability to create cohesive visual systems (not just posts)
• Mastery of Adobe Suite / Figma
• Ability to convert feelings/emotions into a visual language

Good to Have

• Motion design
• Illustration
• Experience with entertainment, IPs, or universe-building

Portfolio Must Show

• Brand identity or visual system work
• Style exploration (moodboards, brand look, campaigns)
• High aesthetic control + consistency across projects
