Senior Visual Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives, with a strong focus on healthcare design and user needs
• Create visually appealing designs for healthcare-related materials, including

  visual identity, print collaterals, packaging, and brand design

• Actively participate in brainstorming and conceptualizing design ideas
• Design and lead

  design workshops

• Articulate and present visual design concepts and ideas within the team and to external stakeholders
• Take ownership of projects and manage project timelines effectively
• Coordinate with stakeholders and internal team members to ensure projects remain on track
• Mentor and guide junior designers and interns, taking critical design decisions when required
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools and technologies

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in

  Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Applied Arts

  , or a related design discipline
• 5 + years of experience in

  brand and print design

  , showcasing strong capabilities in layout, typography, brand identity, packaging, and guideline development
• Thorough knowledge of

  print processes

  , production oversight, and hands-on artworking
• Working knowledge of design and print tools such as

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma

• Good to have:

  Illustration skills

• Ability to develop strong visual design concepts and clearly articulate ideas to stakeholders
• Excellent eye for design and strong passion for visual design principles
• A strong
