IRL Strategy & Expansion • Build the global roadmap for Mugafi’s IRL network: studios, creator labs, experience centers, and live storytelling zones. • Identify high-leverage geographies (India, UAE, SE Asia, US) for rollout. • Design frameworks for IP-based events: Moksha Fan Cons, IPX Web3 townhalls, character unveil events, comic launch festivals, etc. 2. Creator Ecosystem Activation • Turn Mugafi creators (10,000+ writers, artists) into local micro-communities. • Launch Mugafi Circles (monthly IRL meetups) and Certified Writer/Artist programs. • Build partnerships with universities, art schools, and cultural institutions. 3. IP Commercialisation & Licensing (IRL Layer) • Package Mugafi IPs into physical products, exhibitions, collectibles, merchandise, art drops, and cross-venue licensing. • Build pipelines with malls, cafés, theatres, museums, comic-cons, publishers, and OTT partners. • Lead revenue forecasting, P&L modeling for IRL experiences. 4. Events, Fan Engagement & Experiential Marketing • Create and scale high-frequency IRL activations: • Launch parties for comics, podcasts, games • Character walk-through experiences • Mythoverse talks, workshops, creator sprints • IRL + digital hybrid tournaments (e.g., VED writing challenges) • Ensure every IRL touchpoint feeds Pulse (data), Studio AI (content), and IPX (on-chain ownership funnels). 5. Operations & Vendor Management • Build a nimble IRL ops team: events, logistics, creative producers, community managers. • Lead budgeting, contracts, safety, legal compliance, and end-to-end execution. • Set SOPs for venue design, staffing, merchandising, and ticketing. 6. Partnerships & Sponsorships • Close deals with brands, malls, city festivals, FMCG, fashion, gaming, and tech that align with Mugafi’s mythic universes and fan segments. • Represent Mugafi at global industry conferences. 7. Data, Pulse, and Reporting • Integrate every IRL activity into Pulse, generating behavioural and fandom signals. • Use insights to drive product decisions and IP strategy. • Track CAC, retention, LTV, conversion to creators, and IP monetisation. ⸻ Ideal Candidate Profile • 8–15 years in live events, creator economy, experiential marketing, entertainment, or consumer brand activation. • Proven track record building communities, scaling events, or launching physical experiences. • Deep networks across universities, event agencies, malls, cultural hubs, and creators. • Strong P&L ownership, operational discipline, and ability to run rapid pilots. • Comfortable moving between high-level strategy and on-ground scrappiness. • Storytelling-first mindset; ability to translate mythic IP into mainstream formats.
