Senior Graphic Designer

From pitch decks and comic frames to social media creatives, UI assets, motion graphics, and hero visuals, you’ll help shape how the world experiences the Mugafi universe.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and evolve Mugafi’s visual language across digital, social, print, decks, and storytelling assets
• Create scalable design systems, templates, and branded visual guidelines
• Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to drive campaigns and brand moments
• Translate briefs into compelling static and motion visuals
• Support IP development by designing comic covers, title logos, hero posters, and promo creatives
• Collaborate on concept art for characters, story worlds, and narrative-led projects
• Design stunning pitch decks, investor reports, and communication assets

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in a fast-paced startup, creative agency, media, or entertainment company
• Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; motion skills in After Effects are a big plus
• A portfolio that shows storytelling, brand thinking, and versatility across formats
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clean, emotional visual narratives
• Someone fast, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable owning end-to-end design
• A creator who thinks beyond “posts” — who designs worlds
