Key Responsibilities:

• Storytelling Expertise: Understand and interpret Mugafi’s mission and stories to create engaging content that resonates with audiences.
• Innovation & Tool Mastery: Utilize new-age tools (e.g., AI-driven editing software, motion graphics platforms) to push creative boundaries.
• Content Creation Strategy: Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute videos that elevate Mugafi’s brand.
• Efficiency & Hustle: Work smartly to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in video editing, with a portfolio demonstrating creative and impactful work.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and AI-driven platforms (e.g., Runway, Descript).
• Creative Thinking: Ability to think beyond conventional editing and innovate with visuals, sound, and storytelling techniques.
