- Lead the production of high-quality, viral-optimized video content for YouTube and other platforms

- Transform long-form content into engaging shorts and clips that maintain message integrity

- Implement advanced editing techniques inspired by top business content creators

- Drive innovation in visual storytelling for B2B content

2. Technical Excellence & AI Integration

- Leverage AI tools to enhance editing workflow and production efficiency

- Develop and optimize templates for consistent, high-quality output

- Create custom motion graphics and animations that elevate content quality

- Implement advanced color grading and sound design techniques

3. Creative Direction & Style Development

- Establish and maintain a distinctive visual style for the brand

- Create compelling thumbnails and video assets that drive click-through

- Design eye-catching motion graphics and animations

4. Performance Optimization

- Analyze video performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
