   Dedicated to podcasts, parenting discussions, and knowledge-sharing content.

The role demands strong technical expertise, creative storytelling, and the ability to manage end-to-end video workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  production and post-production pipeline

  : editing, colour grading, sound design, graphics, and final delivery.
• Collaborate with the school team to

  edit campus activity footage

  into engaging videos for the School Page.
• Lead

  podcast video production

  (recording, editing, formatting) for the Brand Page.
• Create engaging short-form content (reels, shorts, mini-bytes) optimized for social media platforms.
• Maintain high creative standards while ensuring videos align with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and social media formats.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Podcasts:

  Minimum 2 full-length podcasts per month (1+ hour each).

• Mini-Bytes:

  10 clips per podcast episode.

• Shorts/Reels:

  20 shorts/reels per podcast episode.
• Timely delivery of edited school activity videos as per calendar.
• High engagement and quality standards across both School and Brand pages.

Requirements

• 45 years of proven experience in

  video editing & production

  .
• Strong proficiency in tools such as

  Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Audition

  (or equivalents).
• Experience in

  multi-cam editing, podcast editing, and sound design

  .
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and multitask across projects.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity in

  storytelling and editing style

  .
• Familiarity with

  social media trends and formats

  (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools:

  Runway, Krea, Pika Labs, Descript, Topaz, Adobe Firefly etc

  .
