Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to handle Senior Secondary grades (11 & 12 – CBSE). The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of higher secondary mathematics concepts, a passion for teaching, and the ability to engage and inspire young minds. Being a residential school, the role includes participation in after-school academic support (prep classes) and residential duties as required. Key Responsibilities: Teach Mathematics to Grades 11 and 12 (CBSE curriculum). Design lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with the curriculum. Prepare students for board examinations with focused guidance and revision plans. Conduct remedial classes and participate in doubt-clearing sessions. Supervise and mentor students during residential study hours (prep time). Be actively involved in school events, student mentoring, and other co-curricular activities. Take on boarding house duties, including pastoral care and student discipline, as per the residential schedule. Maintain a positive learning environment and foster a culture of respect and academic curiosity. Required Qualifications & Skills: Master’s Degree in Mathematics along with a B.Ed. (mandatory). Minimum 3–5 years of experience teaching Mathematics at the Senior Secondary level (CBSE). Prior experience in a residential school setting is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle responsibilities beyond classroom teaching. Passion for mentoring and guiding students in both academic and personal growth.
