JD FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT JOB TITLE : VP/SVP LOCATION : Mumbai DEPARTMENT : Mergers & Acquisitions Position / Business Accountability: As part of the transactional diligence team within Mergers and Acquisitions team, you will be tasked with managing PE/ VC clients and assist them in their overall risk management including insurance diligence and portfolio solutions. Identify and source M&A opportunities through M&A advisory channels, connects and research. Lead Insurance Due Diligence (IDD) processes by conducting in-depth analysis of target businesses, including evaluation of their insurance program and overall guidance on their risk transfer and mitigation plan Assisting lenders on risk identification and mitigation (Lender’s Insurance Advisory ‘LIA’) with respect to their project financing transactions End to end project management Liaising with technical teams, business development teams to understand specific business needs and solutions that meet the requirements of the division. Core Capabilities (Knowledge, Skills, Additional Behaviours) 3-5+ years of experience in project management & M&A Transactions – preferably with big4s/ investment banks/ consulting firms. Strong business development and relationship skills to engage effectively with clients. Effective team management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Organised, self-discipline and pro-active. Good multi-tasking ability. Experience of Transactional Risk Insurance i.e., Warranty & Indemnity Insurance and Tax Insurance (not necessary but a good addition) Show more Show less
