Role Overview: This is a highly strategic Individual Contributor (IC) role focused on acquiring new clients and driving sustainable revenue growth . The ideal candidate must come with 20+ years of proven experience in the advertising and media industry , with a deep understanding of the ecosystem and strong client relationships. While the current focus is on direct contribution, the role is designed to evolve into a leadership position , with responsibility for building and leading a business development team as the organization scales. Key Responsibilities: Actively generate new business leads and convert them into long-term partnerships . Directly sell the company’s offerings through outbound efforts including calls, presentations, and in-person meetings. Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Understand client objectives, industry challenges, and campaign needs to deliver tailored, effective solutions . Conduct high-impact sales presentations , clearly articulating the company’s value proposition and converting opportunities. Meet potential clients regularly and deliver consistent revenue growth . In the near future, take charge of recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performing Business Development team. Who Should Apply: Senior professionals with a minimum of 20 years of experience in advertising, media, or integrated marketing . Individuals who have worked extensively with brands, media planners, CMOs, and decision-makers in the marketing ecosystem. Those with a solid understanding of creative services, media strategy, campaign execution , and agency-client dynamics . Key Skills & Attributes: Fluent in English with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills. Proven expertise in pitching, negotiating, and closing deals . Comfortable with both outbound and inbound sales efforts , with a high conversion success rate. Strong organizational and reporting skills , with the ability to manage targets across timelines.
