Catastrophe Modelling & Exposure Management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global teams in

  catastrophe modelling, exposure management, data engineering, and analytics

  .
• Manage client relationships, service quality, and business expansion across multiple accounts.
• Own

  P&L

  – plan, execute, and optimize revenue and profitability.
• Define and execute analytics strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Drive

  AI, automation, and digital transformation

  initiatives across analytics operations.
• Build and scale teams in

  AI/ML, data engineering, and risk analytics

  .
• Collaborate with technology and product teams to develop innovative data platforms and solutions.
• Represent the company in industry events, research publications, and client workshops.
• Mentor and develop senior leaders, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• 18+ years

  of experience in

  P&C insurance, reinsurance, or financial analytics

  leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in

  catastrophe modelling, exposure management, and actuarial analytics

  .
• Strong command of

  RMS, AIR

  , or similar modelling tools.
• Proven record in managing

  multi-million-dollar portfolios

  and driving growth.
• Hands-on experience with

  AI, automation, and digital transformation

  .
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and client management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher

  in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Financial Management, or related field.
• Certifications like

  CPCU, ACAS, or FCAS

  are an added advantage.
