Senior US Payroll Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior US Payroll Executive with strong experience in handling end-to-end payroll operations for the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in payroll tools, compliance reporting, and tax-related processes, along with excellent communication and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage US and Canada payroll processing with accuracy and compliance.

· Work extensively on ADP, PayChex, and QuickBooks (QB) payroll tools.

· Prepare and file 401K reports in compliance with statutory requirements.

· Review and reconcile unemployment tax rates and ensure timely filing.

· Ensure payroll compliance with US GAAP standards (knowledge preferred).

· Collaborate with finance and HR teams for payroll inputs, audits, and reporting.

· Address employee payroll queries and provide resolutions effectively.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US payroll laws, compliance, and best practices.

Key Skills & Requirements:

· Minimum 6+ years of experience in US Payroll (Canada payroll knowledge added advantage).

· Strong working knowledge of ADP, PayChex, and QuickBooks payroll systems.

· Hands-on experience in 401K report filing and tax compliance.

· Knowledge of US GAAP will be an added advantage.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
