Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing
: Utilize various platforms to source high-quality IT professionals.
Client Interaction
: Engage with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Job Posting & Advertising
: Create effective job postings to attract the best candidates.
Candidate Assessment
: Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
Negotiation & Offer Process
: Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other terms with candidates.
Compliance & Documentation
: Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process in compliance with industry standards.
Market Research
: Stay updated on industry trends and IT talent availability to provide strategic insights.

Qualifications

Education

Experience

Skills

In-depth knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment processes.
Proficiency with US Tax Terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and time zones.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the US.
