Senior UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can turn complex ideas into simple, intuitive experiences. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to design elegant, user-centered solutions across web, mobile, and desktop platforms. This role requires a strong balance of creativity, systems thinking, and clear communication. You’ll also help shape our design standards and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Translate detailed and complex input from product, engineering, users, and SMEs into clear and intuitive interfaces.
• Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final visual designs.
• Design responsive experiences across mobile, web, and desktop applications.
• Work iteratively with product and engineering teams to refine solutions within time constraints.
• Contribute to and improve design systems, workflows, and design tools.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
• Participate in post-launch reviews to evaluate user engagement and inform future improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design.
• 4+ years in a senior or lead design role owning projects from kickoff through post-launch.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
• Comfortable collaborating with designers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with other design tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year
