Senior UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Calicut Hilite Business Park, you will be an integral part of the Eduport product design team. Your role involves managing the Eduport app, creating graphics and illustrations, maintaining the design system, overseeing marketing websites, and internal product design. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new products, collaborating closely with the product and engineering teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences for our users. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points. - Analyze user feedback and activity to enhance the overall user experience. - Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas effectively. - Develop high-fidelity prototypes and mockups for new features and products. - Design visually appealing user interfaces aligned with the brand identity. - Ensure consistent design language across all platforms and devices. - Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to implement innovative solutions. - Present and defend design decisions based on user research and best practices. - Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback. - Maintain design documentation, guidelines, and assets for the development team's ease of use. Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating previous work.
