Senior UI/UX Designer

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
• Incorporating customer feedback and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into intuitive, user-centric design solutions for our clients.
• Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
• Adhere to our branding guidelines across digital products and marketing materials.
• Communicate design decisions effectively across all levels of the business, including directly with clients.

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience

  as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work with clear creative vision and market impact.
• Must have experience in any prototyping tool such as

  Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc

  .
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like

  Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Strong experience in creating

  wireframes

  , interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs ready for developer handoff.
• Prior experience contributing to or maintaining a

  design system

  .
• Solid understanding of

  user-centred design principles

  , accessibility standards, and responsive design practices.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, colour, layout, and branding.

Special Requirements

• Experience conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, user journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
• You should have excellent communication skills and be able to clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
• A collaborative and inclusive mindset, with a passion for learning, sharing knowledge, and growing your own skills.
