Job Description

As a UI/UX Design Lead at our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end UI/UX design process across web and mobile applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting user research, usability tests, and competitor analysis to inform design strategy - Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketers - Building and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable UI components - Ensuring that all designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines - Designing creative marketing visuals, animations, and video content for digital campaigns - Mentoring junior designers and promoting a design-first culture within the team To qualify for this role, you should have: - 8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 12 years in a senior or lead role - A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across platforms - An excellent understanding of design thinking, information architecture, and interaction design - Strong English communication skills - verbal and written - to clearly present ideas and feedback In addition to the above qualifications, experience in SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce products, familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end frameworks, and knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization would be considered as bonus points.
