Must-Have Qualifications: 24 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development. Proven experience converting Figma designs into WordPress with high attention to detail. Strong command over HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, and PHP.Experience working with animation tools/libraries like GSAP, LottieFiles, AOS, etc. Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.), custom themes, and ACF. Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles. Knowledge of version control systems like Git is a plus. Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of UI/UX design concepts. Experience with WooCommerce or multilingual sites. Familiarity with performance optimization tools like GTmetrix, Lighthouse, etc.
