Role Overview

experimental and fast-moving UI Designer

What You'll Do

• Transform wireframes and brand guidelines into visually compelling, pixel-perfect screens
• Build dynamic prototypes and animations in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping)
• Design responsive interfaces across web and mobile platforms
• Collaborate with UX strategists, brand designers, and developers to ensure consistency and feasibility
• Iterate rapidly based on user feedback, business needs, and technical constraints
• Stay ahead of UI trends—typography, layout, color, motion design
• Bring fresh visual ideas: experimental UI patterns, bold experimentation, thoughtful motion
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3–5 years in UI design (agency or high-growth startup preferred)
• Expert in Figma—components, variants, auto‑layout, prototyping, and motion
• Portfolio that showcases refined interfaces and creativity under pressure
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and grid systems
• Experience with designing micro‑animations or motion specs
• Comfortable working fast without sacrificing quality or clarity
• Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback-driven iteration
  

Bonus Points For

• Proficiency with Lottie, After Effects, or motion-export tools
• Experience building or contributing to design systems
• Past work on SaaS products, commerce platforms, or B2B tools
• Side projects or experimental UI explorations (Dribbble, Behance, playgrounds)
