Marketing Database Executive


Key Responsibilities:


  • Clean, de-duplicate, and normalize lead databases 
  • Segment leads based on job title, region (NA, APAC, EMEA), industry, and buying intent 
  • Enrich contacts with missing fields using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar tools 
  • Map buying committees for target accounts (decision-makers, influencers, etc.) 
  • Build and maintain audience lists for LinkedIn ads and email campaigns 
  • Create tagging systems for campaign tracking and lead qualification 
  • Ensure compliance with opt-in/opt-out and privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) 

 


Requirements:


  • 2-5 years of experience in

    marketing data operations

    or

    CRM management

     
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, data cleaning) 
  • Experience with CRMs like

    HubSpot

    ,

    Salesforce

    , or

    Zoho

     
  • Ability to manage large datasets with precision 
  • Strong research skills for contact enrichment 
  • Understanding of lead funnel stages and data structuring for campaigns 

 

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):


  • Familiarity with lead scoring models 
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise tech campaigns 
  • Prior work with data enrichment tools (Clearbit, Lusha, Apollo, etc.)
