This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 2500000 (ie INR 15-25 LPA) Min Experience: 8 years Location: NOIDA, Pune JobType: full-time We are seeking an experiencedSenior Transition Managerto lead and manage complex transitions in the insurance domain, with a particular focus onProperty & Casualty (P&C). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding oftransition management,solution design, and operations setup, preferably within the insurance industry. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions of processes, people, and systems, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum client satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end transitionsfrom pre-sales solution design to post-go-live stabilization. This is a high-impact role requiring strategic thinking, meticulous planning, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution capabilities. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Leadend-to-end transition managementfor large-scale programs across multiple geographies and time zones. Partner with sales, solution architects, operations, and IT teams todesign customized transition solutionsfor new client engagements. Develop and maintain detailedtransition project plans, risk assessments, governance models, and communication strategies. Ensure successful knowledge transfer, infrastructure readiness, compliance, training, and operations setup as per defined timelines. Serve as the single point of contact for clients during the transition phase and manage key stakeholders across internal and external teams. Driveprocess reengineering, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives during and post-transition. Providedomain expertise in insurance, particularly P&C, to tailor solutions aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements. Ensure robust documentation, SLA adherence, and operational handover to BAU teams with defined KPIs. Track performance against project metrics, timelines, and budgets; provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership. Identify risks early, recommend mitigation strategies, and execute contingency plans as needed. Required Skills & Experience: 815 yearsof experience in transition management, preferably in theinsurance sector (P&C preferred)or related industries. Proven experience in managingtransitions of insurance processeslike underwriting, claims, policy administration, or customer service. Strong background insolution design, transition methodology, governance, and risk management frameworks. Exceptionalprogram management, stakeholder communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams across global locations. Prior experience withclient-facing roles, including direct interaction with senior client stakeholders. Exposure to process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage. Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills. Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Insurance, or related fields (Master's preferred). PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project/transition management certifications are desirable.
